Hybrid innovative solutions implemented across multiple projects over the years

MENA Newswire: Ariston Middle East celebrates 25 years in the Sultanate of Oman in 2023 and is proud of the diversity of projects undertaken during this period. Ariston Middle East has worked across the nation covering eleven governates and different market segments implementing the company’s advanced technology in various locations.

“Ariston is proud to be a part of Oman’s infrastructure, having served for many years. We have a long term interest in the Sultanate of Oman and have our own service engineers in the country to win the confidence of current and potential customers. As a global brand, part of an international Group that is a leader in the water heating segment with a legacy of 93 years, Ariston successfully combines its worldwide reach with an in-depth knowledge of the local market context. Thanks to our centres of competence for R&D around the world as well as our strong customer focus, we are able to thoroughly understand the needs of local customers and professionals and customize our offering to the individual requirements of every country where we have a presence.” Says Alberto Torner, Head of Ariston Group in the Middle East, Turkey, and Caucasus

Ariston Middle East has supported work for government entities like the Royal Oman Police in Wattayah, Ruwi, Seeb, and Qarnalam, Oman Airport Cargo Head Office, Special Task Forces in Barka and Sohar and the 45-year-old Institute of Public Administration.  Ariston water heating technology is widely implemented in the hospitality and tourism industry. Heating solutions for Nizwa Museum, Ramada Encore, Tanmia Hotel, Green Peak resort on Jabal Akhdar, Hawana Lagoon, Salalah, Jabal Shifa Hotel and Alilila resort in Salalah are already in place. Residential and lifestyle projects in progress are phases 1 & 2 of Duqm Renaissance Building, Oman Avenues Mall and Boulevard Boutique Mall while education sector projects are the Knowledge Oasis in Muscat, and Sohar University.

Many of the projects like the Royal Oman Police stations in Wattayah and Ruwi as also the installations in Green Peak Resort and Tanmia Hotel employ Ariston’s innovative solutions, combining solar energy products with electrical systems. A recent example implementing such a hybrid system is the “Institute of Public Administration Headquarters  – Al Khuwair” which consists of IPA Offices, Retail outlets & an Intercity Hotel. The project uses a solar heating backed up with electrical system of 4x4000L Cylinders to cater to a capacity of 16000L.

Other landmark sites like the Duqm Renaissance Buildings have opted for ES Extra Systems. The renowned Duqm Renaissance Accommodation project of around 16 buildings has 64 units of ES Extra water heaters in two phases.  The flexibility in configuration, quick recovery time, and double thermostat of ES Extra systems help to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of hot water systems. These factors account for their popularity in commercial and residential establishments.

Alberto Torner, Head of Ariston Group in the Middle East, Turkey, and Caucasus added, “Around the world, Ariston strives to provide people with practical and effective solutions that can improve the quality of their everyday home life and empower them to live more sustainably. To this end, we offer a comprehensive range of high-quality heating and water-heating products and systems with advanced performance and smart connectivity ready to meet the different needs and demands of our customers, be they a professional or an end user of our products.”
